Have had multiple deliveries including one today where the driver throws the boxes in front of my door. No consideration for what's in it. Worst service.

5 times they have delivered our packages to an address 9 miles from my house. The address on the packages are not even close. Customer service does nothing. It is all ways the East Syracuse branch, the driver is a Daniel. All others such as Amazon, UPS, have no issues.

I’ve been waiting 15 days for my package and I called so many times and every time one of them tell me a different thing from the last one after all the waiting for 15 days when I called them the last time they told me that your package has been lost. OK why you didn’t tell me that from beginning why you let me keep calling on and on I don’t know what to say, but I will never use this service again in FedEx

worse ever, 2 deliveries this week both did not come on time one of them i had to stay home for to sign, never came, never called saying they were not going to make it , nothing , shut down FedEx close your doors for good, worse delivery company ever, you will be doing the public a favor

I am completely disgusted with the inability of FEDEX to deliver my daughter's package (a rug for college) for 2 days straight. The driver refused to deliver for some unknown reason "delivery exception" for 2 days straight. The driver, Steven, did not attempt as I have been home from 9am-3pm for 2 days waiting.
