worse ever, 2 deliveries this week both did not come on time one of them i had to stay home for to sign, never came, never called saying they were not going to make it , nothing , shut down FedEx close your doors for good, worse delivery company ever, you will be doing the public a favor
I am completely disgusted with the inability of FEDEX to deliver my daughter's package (a rug for college) for 2 days straight. The driver refused to deliver for some unknown reason "delivery exception" for 2 days straight. The driver, Steven, did not attempt as I have been home from 9am-3pm for 2 days waiting.
FedEx screws theor customers over and never help anyone when they mess up

The absolute worst service. You should probably train your staff on how to look into issues properly and have responses. I called customer service and got Andy on the phone. 3 packages were shipped to me from CA by the same company, all three made it to East Syracuse and magically there was a discrepancy with one of the packages. They delivered 2 and were returning the one main package to the shipper. I called in and all Andy could say was oh reach out to shipper I can't give you any information.
