Ordered a $2,000 laptop, was out for delivery Thursday but nobody has delivered it so now ETA is monday
Wish I could give a 0. Have a package that requires a signature & I have been told that it would be “delivered today” for the past 3 days now. Yesterday they said there was an attempt, but I was home all day & there wasn’t even any sort of notification — no call, text or even ringing the bell. Am I supposed to just wait at the front door all day?? Their delivery map tracker doesn’t even work, so I have no way of knowing how close they are. This is absolutely ridiculous. I’ll be avoiding FedEx. What a joke.
I tracked my package here and there is no way to get in contact with anyone from the company number keeps going to voice mail! Edit a lady answered 07/05/25 she’s working on tracking my package now once I get package I’ll add her name give her a raise! Well today 7/07/25 my package is now being called lost but really it’s stolen I know it due to it not moving and the circumstances getting different answers from every person I spoke to.
