Poor service all the way around the board. They claim to attempt to deliver my package 3 times but I was in the house all day long in those days. I have a camera there was no attempt. They have the code to get into the building and no one is on camera attempting to deliver anything. After waiting all day and tracking it at 11:13 pm it says delivery exception. I have had 3 deliveries this week and not a single one was delivered to my address. I even added delivery instructions and they just completely ignore it and sit your package any place they feel like. If I had a choice of shippers I certainly wouldn’t pick FedEx
Told me I was hored had me do an entire backround check and set up a schedule to tell me nevermind I don't meet requirements and have 5 plus years mikitary training but don't meet standards to PACK BOXES what type of corporation lmaoooo
Absolutely horrible company! It’s always an issue when anything g is delivered through them. Dishonest, unprofessional, and uncaring! I paid $79 for my shipping. My delivery was reschedule for who knows what. It says that it left this location at 3:46am, so where is my item?! No one knows anything and they can’t seem get in touch with the right people… shameful!
