I am extremely disappointed with FedEx’s handling of my shipment containing a critical travel visa. After failing to deliver the package, I opened a claim and a complaint, only to be met with total indifference. Every time I call, the only response I receive is a robotic "it’s lost." I was said a client manager is assigned for my case and he will call me, but he never does. FedEx needs to understand that a visa is not a replaceable consumer good; it is a sensitive legal document. At the light on Hopewell, where the intersection is Hopewell and Stotler, I just had an encounter with an idiot driver. They were making an illegal U-turn when I had the green arrow and almost hit me. She thought it was really funny until I showed her my dash cam. Next time she can pull over and we’ll address it together one to one, or next time I’ll let her hit me. She looked high anyway and had headphones in her ears. Do better FedEx.

My package has been “on its way” since 1/2. I can almost bet that one of the employees stole my package. This is ridiculous! Called customer service and they did nothing and could have cared less. Over $100 down the drain!

If I could leave negative number reviews for fedex I would. You can pretty much count on the fact that the first day (and sometimes the second day also) your package is scheduled for and then out for delivery, it will be rescheduled until another day. They are HORRIBLE!!!
