Can’t get the drivers to respect store hours. Constantly showing up early and marking us as unavailable. Can’t talk to anyone directly as customer service is just a person with a script that assures you the problem will be dealt with, but it never goes anywhere. Customer Service will tell you it will be redelivered that day if you prove they showed up before hours—won’t happen. I’ve had my store here 2.5 years… I switch EVERY distributor, that allows it, to UPS. Some of them take an extra day or two, but I’d still receive it... read more
The workers here scanned my package twice claiming it left the warehouse. I no longer have faith that I'll receive it soon
