They need to hire helpers when delivering heavy packages. Every time.i order furniture they leave it at the bottom of the first floor. And I alone have to carry it up. First was a sofa. Now a mini dresser. Amazon brings it to the top but not fedex. Pretty sure bottom of my package is damaged too..
Delivery is horrible, when they do deliver. They will leave it at the end of my driveway. Anyone could take it.
Rings door bell for signature, waits 30 seconds while on a personal call, then runs off so they can chase a Teenager in a bikini ( all on camera ), during those 30 seconds, places a " Not at Home " sticker on door ( some body was home and answered door while running off to teenager )
Extremely unprofessional & poor customer service! My package was delayed for several days. I was never notified that my package would be delayed. This location and hub needs to be shut down, you all are terrible !
