I work there
This location is possibly the worst in the country. Basically, anything in Uvalde is garbage from every experience I've encountered in that town.
I've had items "lost" in the possession of FedEx before but, this is the first time I've had issues with the Uvalde, Tx FedEx location. I was scheduled to receive a package yesterday, 12/06/2024, it never got delivered then, I noticed at 11:00pm that it was rescheduled for delivery for today, 12/07/2024. Again, it never showed and again they rescheduled delivery for Monday, 12/09/2024. We're two weeks away from Christmas and they are already dropping the ball!
