I guess your delivery guy that delivers down at Batesville Texas cannot read English. The sign at the front gate plainly States that all packages must be delivered to the shop or call the number on the sign. Maybe y'all need to hire guys that follows directions. Y'all are paid to deliver a package to an address not just to the front gate and throw it out on the ground. Figure out what the problem is because you do not want me coming to Uvalde and straighten it out.

They hold packages at this facility for over a week before delivering 30 miles down the road. This FedEx facility needs better management because they run a poor operation out of this facility.

My package was delivered to the completely wrong address. All I wanted to do was talk to a human to find out what address it was delivered to so I could just go pick it up. But there is no way to talk to an actual person with their stupid automated deal. And you can’t get anywhere with it. If I could just speak to an actual person then could get this issue resolved quickly. But not with this company. How do you deliver a package to the completely wrong address when the shipper put the right address on the label?
