Santa Teresa FEDEX has lost several of our packages, “delivery exception” and all tracking stops forever. Other times delivers in the dark at 1130pm (concerning when it wales you up, but at least that package made it). Customer service knows nothing more than the order tracking number website, hence cant help at all. When it comes Fedex through ABQ everything is fine, weird.

Working as a package handler for FedEx has been a great experience. You get benefits as a full time employee only being part time. The schedule is convenient and flexible.

Every month I pick up a package regularly. I call early in the morning 5:30-6am and have them hold it instead of delivering it. Sometimes I call too late it's already on the truck so I like to call early early then go to the package pickup room/building (left side of parking lot) they then call the back sorting facility were then Matthew, Hector or Daniel come up and bring my package. I sign and it's that easy. It's a lot better than waiting around until possibly 3:30 p.m. possibly for it to be delivered. I live 10 minutes a... read more
