Still waiting on a package from here! They sent box 2 of 2 but marked box 1 of 2 as “customer requested future delivery”. WTH?! We did not! This is obviously someone’s way of covering up that they messed up and didn’t get it loaded. Horrible experience and can’t get anyone to call me back or confirm a new delivery date.
The driver whose services Silver City New Mexico left the package in the driveway but indicated he left it at the front door. The door was only about 30 feet away from where he dropped the package which had glass bottles in it. The package was clearly marked fragile.
