Always a reason for delayed delivery after the truck is out with my package. Today I had a package coming from both FEDEX and UPS. Within 30 minutes of fedex canceling because it was sprinkling outside with no severe weather alerts or warnings, UPS for the win! He laughed when I told him fedex canceled because of weather, and said "it think I saw a raindrop on my windshield twice". UPS for the win again.
was told by the akins express location to go here. it's gated off with a callbox. i got in line with literal fedex ground box trucks in front of and behind me before giving up because it seemed messed up. and you want me to explain to them to let someone not authorized to be here and has no clue where to go once i even get inside? this location isn't even listed as a drop off point on fedex's webpage and calling the 800 number is just AI robot hell, i don't think i've ever gotten the robot to get me to a human. i would say t... read more
Great customer service
This center is the worse fedex has. 2 times in 2 weeks they have had my package on the truck but just didn’t bother bringing it. Today they had a package on the truck but took a picture of some wall on some building and said they tried to deliver it but no one was there. Pic was wrong and it was no signature. Worst of the worst. Last time have ANYTHING shipped fedex and I will be posting this and the very unprofessional phone call with the Pakistan call center they have for customer service
