Driver delivered my package to wrong address or keep it ..I was tracking my package at home all day driver never came here ... I can see if can I have big Windows I look out every day no star rate for me but it won't let me submit the review with out selecting a star rate I live in Tennessee

Horrible the driver banged on my door extremely hard woke and frightened my 9 month old n by time i got to the door he was pulling of in the truck didn't even wait for me to answer. My package could've got stolen cuz he left it outside of the door mind you its an apt complex anyone could've taken it so unprofessional.
Got a knock at my door from a Fedex delivery driver who was petite young lady. She said that the package was too heavy for her. First time in my life that I actually had to go out and unload my delivery from the truck. It weighed 41 pounds. I am only five feet tall myself, and I managed it. What is with this?
