If I could give a negative zero I would, this raggedy place lost or someone stole my package, I believe someone stole it because the 6600 CSX way Charlotte NC location has that reputation. I've been calling for days about my package that was never delivered they removed the delivery date and it just says delayed but none of the customer service morons can tell me why and if course their website won't allow me to file a claim. I hope they go bankrupt!!!!
