The managers and supervisors are very professional, and the other technicians are great to work with. FedEx provides excellent equipment, allowing repairs to be done in a very professional way. However, the main reason I decided to leave the shop was Dan Carter. He acts like he owns the place and expects everyone to follow his orders, even trying to go above the actual shop manager. Working with him was a very unpleasant experience.
Forklift driver was even more mean then my boss, haha I didn't know that was possible. Also sometimes they leave your shipment out in the rain for a week.
