Soo i paid for express shipping an extra 27$. My package was supposed to be delivered the 31 for my daughter’s birthday. And I never got it so I called to ask for a refund and they refused to give me the refund even though my package wasnt delivered when it was supposed to. I paid for a service that I didn’t receive. And they won’t compensate me for it. If I ever in my life have option to never ship with FedEx again I will 100% choose any courier company over them.
