I’ve had a package go missing with these guys and now I’ve had a giant package that is not mine left at my door step. Tried using the chat to open a ticket for them to come get the package that is not even mine and it didn’t recognize my address. Got a hold of a customer service person and they were very rude on the phone and didn’t understand that I had no clue whose package I got they just left it at my door and then they asked for an email even though it’s not my package.
