The location at Lachine Qc is running by clowns who dont know nothing about transportations/truck & trailers maintenance , honestly nobody are competent over there end of the story !!! Well what a bunch of idiots FedEx used to be good where they wouldn't leave a package if no one was home, know it's at the discretion of the driver so these clowns delivered a package wrong house and the delivery was done at 2219 I'm like seriously it's Christmas packages are being shipped and know I have to run after this stupid company got compensation Congratulations on being so stupid and losing a parcel, thankfully Canada post is working again there prices are reasonable your prices are 3 times more expensive and you lo... read more
Très mauvais service, délais par dessus délais, tout est sous-traité et ils s'en lavent les mains, difficile d'avoir des suivies que ça soit par téléphone avec un système automatisé des plus complexe et lourd ou quand on réussi à parlé à quelqu'un et même en s'enregistrant sur leur suivis web par courriel ou SMS, ça ne fonctionne pas. Ça va avoir pris 1 semaines pour recevoir un colis de Montréal à Montmagny (400KM...)... Plus facile et rapide d'obtenir un colis de la Chine ou l'Europe... Aucune fiabilité !!!
