I am so surprised at what used to be the best courrier in the business is now becoming the worst but yet still charges the most out of every company. Go figure…. They give you a time frame for delivery but it’s never respected or keep changing it. I guess they stopped prioritizing excellent service. Don’t waste you money in overpriced service when you will not get it anymore. Pay less for better service is my advice.
The location at Lachine Qc is running by clowns who dont know nothing about transportations/truck & trailers maintenance , honestly nobody are competent over there end of the story !!! Well what a bunch of idiots FedEx used to be good where they wouldn't leave a package if no one was home, know it's at the discretion of the driver so these clowns delivered a package wrong house and the delivery was done at 2219 I'm like seriously it's Christmas packages are being shipped and know I have to run after this stupid company got compensation Congratulations on being so stupid and losing a parcel, thankfully Canada post is working again there prices are reasonable your prices are 3 times more expensive and you lo... read more
