This was my first time to this location. I was helped very quickly by a woman named Genesis. She went over and beyond to help me with a very small package while also Training a new employee outstanding customer service thank you.

Driving loads for FedEx last 2 years, first time and first place where security lady doesn't allow you to use the toilet, so you can poop on her gate if your stomach hurts. BAD ATTITUDE
