terrrible customer service all automated system.
The products ordered do show up, but they are definitely rarely to never on time. Drivers are friendly and helpful, just plan on the shipment being at least a day behind schedule. (Apparently the trucks break down alot and have to be towed back to the yard) If you on a tight schedule this is not the company for you. I will be trying other ltl shippers from here on.
Honestly not share if the guy works at this location or not I just he was the sweetest guy I have ever met he helped me deliver a catering order today and even help me onto the elevator up in Palm Beach gardens
