You tried to deliver 5 days earlier than scheduled and there was no notation from fedex or Wayfair that my signature was required. Or that I would have to pay extra if you had to redeliver. You need to take some lessons from Amazon. I will never order from Wayfair again if Fedex makes the delivery.
terrrible customer service all automated system.
The products ordered do show up, but they are definitely rarely to never on time. Drivers are friendly and helpful, just plan on the shipment being at least a day behind schedule. (Apparently the trucks break down alot and have to be towed back to the yard) If you on a tight schedule this is not the company for you. I will be trying other ltl shippers from here on.
