Whoever your driver is that just delivered my package literally just stood and threw it to my front porch. Caught it on security camera. Absolutely horrible.
The place stole my package, and FedEx overall did not try to help me retrieve it. I am currently still fighting to either find my package or give me a refund. I will never use FedEx again. I warn everyone to beware of this Freight location, especially. They do bad business.

POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE RUDE FEMALE OVER THE "DOOR BELL" AT THE FRONT SECURE GATE. ARRIVED AT 5:10 PM AT THE DOOR UNTIL 5:20 PM. THERE WAS ONLY ONE "ACTUAL" DELIVERY ATTEMPT TO MY "ACTUAL" DOOR (APT #). THE OTHER "ATTEMPT(S)" WERE "ABSOLUTE" LIES!!! 100%! I WAS IN MY APARTMENT "ALL" DAY AT ALL HOURS.
