I contacted Fedex Freight while waiting for an economy freight shipment to make the long journey from CA to NJ. The waiting was hard for my impatient teenager and while contacting Fedex didn't make the package come any sooner, knowing exactly what was going on made the wait a lot easier. I spoke with both Charles and Donna several times over the course of a few days and they were both very helpful and friendly, which was so appreciated! The driver was great, too!
