I couldn't find the address but Fedex delivered an order from Chewy this morning while it was raining. It was about 7 boxes with each containing a 30 pound bag. The boxes were dumped on the sidewalk that is at the bottom of my porch steps. No attempt was made to put the boxes on the porch out of the rain. They were not even stacked just dumped in a heap on the walk. I am disabled and can't get the boxes up on the porch. Even if I wasn't, this delivery was the worst I've had from them. I live in the Battle Ground, Indiana area. I cannot count the number of times FedEx has delivered a package that actually belongs to my neighbor to my front porch. Our driveways and mailboxes are clearly identified, but apparently whoever this FedEx driver is cannot tell the difference in address numbers. It’s getting frustrating to find my neighbor‘s packages on my front porch every few weeks because somebody Doesn’t care! FedEx is my last shipping option.

FedEx is the worst shipper in the industry. Worst customer service. Worst delivery quality. Deliver to the wrong addresses. Use UPS or literally anyone else.

Great with making sure that your packages are delivered on time and if not they hold it if you want to pick up your package
