I’ve had 2 overnight packages in the past 3 weeks just sit somewhere for days, ruining the materials inside. One was refrigerated food, supposed to be delivered on a Friday, didn’t get to me til the following Tuesday dripping and rotten. Second I had a medical test sent out to be delivered the next day and it didn’t get shipped out of Kingman until 2 days later and now a $300 test is ruined and my healthcare is delayed even longer. They’re completely unreliable.
Why can’t you talk to a person in customer service, the AI computer is ridiculous. When you ask for a representative you should be connected to one! Worst place you can call.
Definitely the way to go if you want things lost and beat to shit. Unbelievable. Missing pieces and all the pieces that did arrive are damaged, bent, and scratched. The company I ordered from ended up making it right, fedex couldn't be bothered to come do their "review" probably because of how far away it is or because they just don't care, who knows.
This is a delayed review but I have had so many negative experiences here I felt the need to come back. I have experienced so much unprofessionalism from this location including refusing to deliver to the post office for general delivery packages even when it aligned with policy. Even when items are addressed to the Dollar general it does not go where it should. They frequently deliver my packages to the wrong address or not at all. I can't believe a company this incompetent is still in business.
