Scheduled a LTL pick up for Thursday (7/17). Didn’t get picked up. Called this morning (7/18) was told they pushed it to a pick up today. Okay no problem just glad that the lady told me it is resolved and it’s going to be picked up. It’s now 8:38 pm and fed ex is not coming and has not pick up my shipment. Such a terrible company with reps that have no clue what they are saying and will only tell you what you want to hear in the moment.
