FedEx SUCKS. They are either early or late but they are NEVER on time. Their tracking information is a BAD JOKE so if you wait for a delivery you will be wasting your time. And absolutely forget about any help from any of the phone numbers they fraudulently list. If you mark a package as "signature required" they will just DUMP IT anyway. I HATE FedEx.
Kalispell Local FedEx Freight hub is dispatched and managed out of Missoula. Local drivers and staff are hardworking and efficient, but local hub is unstaffed except when loading trucks. As of 11/13/2024 Phone doesn't auto-forward to Missoula hub; (I've submitted a phone number update recommendation for this public listing).

Horrible! Worst service ever! They don't care one bit! I'd give them a negative start review if I could. They do not tell you whats going on at all. Usps is even better that should tell you all you need to know. And the customer service, worst ever. Why even have it available...
