Received package damaged and was late.
Tremendous facility! Clearly excellent team at this location. Operations running smooth as butter. Shout out to Chris C and Matt M in ops, and Jacob K in dispatch (I believe). Great group. We had a hiccup with the shipper and these guys handled everything masterfully and got the shipment on its way. To other reviewers: this is NOT FedEx Express or Ground. They do NOT have your small parcel packages. This location handles FREIGHT, on PALLETS.
Customer service at this location is second to none! There are three employees who work in the office that all have similar sounding names and are all quite amazing! I believe they are Sheena, Shanna, and Shawna. I know it sounds crazy, but they are a magical group of associates. Super friendly, very helpful, knowledgeable, and thorough. The facility is easily accessible, neat, tidy, and efficient. Everyone gets an A+.
