UPDATE: I have reported them to the State Attorney General and the FTC. I continue to provide the AG with additional failed delivery documentation and pictures. I suggest you all do the same. This HAS to change. It is absolutely unacceptable. I can't believe they have not gone bankrupt yet. If you believe all the 5 star ratings without any comments are real, I have some swampland I'd like to sell you. No delivery is ever free, when you pay for an item and it says free shipping, that cost is built into whatever you purchased.... read more
