Your phone system is to hard to contact a known location. The phone robot doesn’t give the correct info to be able to contact the branch we need to talk to. I can’t even talk to an operator. Just goes round and round.
Terrible service! I spoke with the appointment clerk yesterday to change my delivery as I live in an apartment building and they won’t deliver the heavy/large tv stand to my door. I specifically asked her if o could reschedule for a different day when I had assistance, the appointment clerk agreed and confirmed. I come home the next evening to find they have in fact placed the delivery at the bottom of my apartment complex. I call the office And the evening shift clerk was extremely rude and condescending.
