We needed to pick up a delicate package so, we both called their offices and met with the employees in person. In both cases, everyone was helpful, friendly but professional. They were careful to make sure my machine was in good condition before we left. The experience was unexpectedly nice!
These guys deliver a package to the wrong address, or better than that an address that doesn't exist and send me a bogus photo and when we discover the house doesn't exist they insist the shipper should file a claim. What about determining where the driver delivered the package and retrieving it! Fed Ex has become unreliable.
