Garbage company is too much for FedEx six days for next day delivery and nothing they should close out and
Ordered 4 things from Amazon in the last 2 months. Fedex was the carrier for 3 of them. They damaged 1 & lost the other. Also, they didn't follow delivery instructions on other orders I've gotten from them. Poor service. Lack of attn to detail, likely comes from the top down. Short term profit focused & speed at the expense of good customer service. Request a different carrier if possible. Finally got my item after seller went with USPS.
Terrible delivery experience this holiday season. A package was thrown onto the edge of our long drive (by the street) onto a pile of snow. Two packages have been “on the truck” in Rockford for delivery for 3 days now and still haven’t been delivered.
