World's worst automated system. Causes more anger than hearing someone chew next to your ear.

Lied about a delivery location being closed. Called and rep said they can't deliver because of an issue at their facility. Trying to blame the customer to avoid a service failure, paying a lot of money to overnight something and then blame customer for their failure. I'll be moving my business to UPS and other freight companies. This was last straw. Update, I tried them again, paid for overnight to get there next day. 24 hours later from pick up, they have no idea where my shipments are. Just terrible.
