I’ve made a couple dock drops at this location and everyone is always very helpful and easy to work with.
The daytime Operations Manager at FedEx Freight Aurora, Illinois is a drug user. This is first hand knowledge of this allegation. He will have a positive drug test. He at least smokes marijuana and ingests marijuana edibles, he may use other substances as well. One would like to think that FedEx would not continue to employ a known drug user but it must be FedEx's policy to do so.
Always have a good experience at this FedEx. Have shipped, dropped, and had stuff printed here. Friendly service without issues, every time.
