Very poor service. Overnight mail turned into 5 to 6 days later on medication that cost me $450.00 a month and was to be kept cold.. This has happened 5 times in a row now. They're contact number on their website person was rude and said I'll get it when I get it. You can't file a complaint because it has to come from the sender. What do you have one driver or something? No apologies or explanation.

They will try to deliver without notice when you're not open and then charge hundreds of dollars for a re-delivery fee the next day. Next, they will send demands for payment including notices of collections and legal threats. Customer service directs you to email them to dispute the charge, but they do not respond; it is only followed by more demands for payment.
