I find that Brenda at FedEx is always willing to help and greets me with a smile.
FedEx sucks, they can't deliver packages to the correct address and to try to talk to a living being is impossible!!!!!!! I would NOT recommend this company to ship anything!!!!!!!!!!!!! I've filed multiple complaints with some stupid call center and I might as well talk to the wall! Zero discipline for lousy worker performance!!!!! FedEx you guys suck
Once I see FedEx Bangor has my package I begin trying to find a replacement. A package can spend days with delivery delays here. Out for delivery, delayed. Out for delivery, delayed. No shame, no accountability. Yet again, on Christmas Eve no less, a package that was supposed to be delivered is updated to "delayed" at almost 8pm. I have lived all over the USA and this is without question the least professional, most incompetent, completely useless group of delivery people I have encountered.
Has lost multiple packages all medical packages do not ship with them.
