Tried to call to get a little bit of information. But the automatic kiosk computer generated tried to sell me a life alert system BS. Straight trash... HOW ABOUT YOU GET SOME PEOPLE TO ANSWER THE PHONE. AND A NUMBER THAT WORKS
Tried to set up a first time freight shipment. I was told I'd get a 70% discount to set up an account, even though my freight shipment was a one time event. I went through the hassle of setting account up, then customer service said my account number didn't qualify for freight shipments. Have been on phone over two hours time with poor customer service that is clueless.
