Had a package that required a signature, but for some reason, the driver didn’t feel the need to knock on my door or call my phone number to contact me just to stick notes on my door for three days and then say you can’t deliver it
Shipment was delayed due to weather conditions. No problem. But they tried to deliver the following day when we were closed. No communication from FedEx and now they are charging me double for the attempted delivery. NEVER DOING BUSINESS WITH THEM AGAIN!
To Outside Carriers picking up at load, call the number to check-in, do not wait at the security gate. No one is there. Drop your trailer on the farthest North East part of the lot. (Pic reposted. Thanks to the original poster).
