You guys suck. Ordered a TV from Walmart, the box was completely destroyed and so was the tv. Walmart sent a replacement and once again FedEx delivered it to Big Sky Resort completely destroyed because they decide to place it flat in the truck and stack heavy boxes on top of it. Walmart won’t replace it a third time and the cost of the tv has gone up $200. Maybe you guys should learn how to load your trucks correctly. 0 stars.
FedEx is such a great place to go to because of the customer service always willing to help you no matter what hours that's open whether it's early in the morning or just before closing. They are also very cautious and careful with packages and loading pallets of supplies on to our trucks. They always go above and beyond and out of their way to provide and help.
FedEx did a great job, there was no damage and the guys are great to work with.
