These guys are great. I wish they had their hours posted but I think they close at 6. Not sure about weekends.
Continues to charge "redelivery fees". I have an idea! Actually arrive during shipping/receiving times. We've actually had it before where they charge us 7 months later. Lucky for us, we have cameras and not a single FedEx truck insight attempting a delivery. Terrible service.
I have always appreciated Fed Ex, just had a hiccup with a driver last week, after talking with him, we got it straightened out, & shouldn't have a problem going forward.
Ordered an indoor sauna. It was shipped by FedEx Freight and was delivered in pristine condition!!
Keeps attempting to deliver package but won't call. My Buzzer is broken and I left a note for them on app to call me. They seem to not care. Another terrible package delivery company like ups. I bet Domino's or Pizzahut delivery drivers could be more competent and less lazy then these guys. And FedEx guys get paid double that person's wage. And they refuse to let me pickup the package at the site or leave a note saying attempted to deliver.
