Really poor service, driver left $10,000 worth of equipment at business front door after being told to ring door bell for assistance.
Got the run around
I was at home the delivery driver did not even ring the door bell. He just left a note. I called in less than 20 minutes , Customer service called me back saying the driver would return in about 3 hours would I be home, me yes. THEN at 5:00 I get another email stating tomorrow for delivery. Really when did FedEx get so Sorry.. Very disappointed customer.
