FedEx as a whole is by far the worst delivery company. When called customer service for an update on how or when my package will be delivered, they lied on the shipper twice. When they got caught in the lie because I had the shipper on three way, they hurried me off the phone and said they were “escalating” my issue to higher up. Still haven’t heard from anyone and package still hasn’t been delivered and don’t have any updates. Anyone company who uses FedEx as a delivery service I will try my best not to order from them.
Worst possibly shipping company I have ever dealt with. You guys make USPS look good
Great people very helpful
They like to steal people's packages. I only have a problem with FedEx saying they delivered something when they didnt and providing no proof of delivery photo.
