у меня все было отлично! приехал на 2,5 часа раньше , дали сразу дверь и разгрузили сразу ! грех жаловаться, если только на мороз!

Terrible so far. Their phone numbers is I correct, no one can tell me what up with my package. Only that it's been sitting here for over a week. No call, no text, nothing. DO NOT USE FEDEX EVER.

If only there was an option for 0 stars. To sum it up we had a pallet shipped from North Carolina to Fargo. We Drove all the way from central Saskatchewan, Canada to pick up our pallet of freight at FedEx Freight Fargo after tracking the package that said it was on its way to Fargo. Fargo had lost the package and claimed they hadn't recieved it. Nowhere to be found. The next day we find out it ends up in Billings,Montana. I'm not happy with this location! During a blizzard, they were short staffed and did not plow the docks or the exit gate. We had to dock in a snow drift and ended up getting stuck in another snow bank right outside their exit gate! Waited several hours to get towed out. Only one person came out to try helping us. The snow plow they had working only plowed the main areas and forgot the exit and docks. If I ever have to come back, I hope it's not when it's snowing.
