Local delivery drivers are useless. I've had multiple issues of the driver not following simple GPS directions to my house, instead they only try to deliver to my mailbox when a signature is required and cannot be signed for online. I guess I'm suppose to sit outside alongside the road all day and wait for them. I even have detailed instructions on my FedEx Delivery Manager on how to get to my house but apparently they don't read them. They just put an "Attempted Delivery" message into their system because they can't be both... read more
No problem with FedEx, but this is not a place to drop off FedEx packages. The problem was with google maps didn't specify the difference.
FedEx is awful. Instead of looking at my mailbox where my address is clear and its also clearly on my home, FedEx has delivered to my address before but over the past couple of years FedEx drops my packages off at local Post Office and USPS delivers it the next day. As for my most recent package, FedEx left my package down the road on a table outside, we had severe storms that night with extremely hard rain and wind, I walked the neighborhood and seen a package soaked with rain water,the house they left it at no one knew it ... read more
Picked up my 740 lb package at FedEx hub. Package was loaded on my truck, using a fork lift. This worked much better for me as I did not have the ability to unload the heavy items at my residence.
