I'm a homeowner that needed to do a terminal pickup of my shipment because scheduling to be home didn't work. I've done a few more pickups since my original review, and things habe gone more smoothly. Staff arrived pleasant to work with, freight is brought out promptly.
Fed X should post signs at its facility for OTR drivers coming into the smaller facilities we don't know where to park and the guard shack lady didn't speaky any English and she was no help
These guys are so great. I always receive everything I order from FedEx. They don’t steal and they are fast. Today our FedEx guy heard a lot of barking inside and he left three milk bones for our dogs. I think he somehow knew we had three dogs too, which is super cute.
