Never had one complaint about FedEx as much as I have shipped and received through them over the decades, but my last few deliveries, the app, the lack of real human support (AI customer service bots aren't cutting it) It's been a while since I have had anything shipped to me via FedEx, but I have had nothing but problems in the last few weeks with the deliveries, app, 1 driver, lack of true customer service and a few other things.
