Shipped a large item with FedEx and picked it up from the center. Very good customer service, had me loaded quickly. No problems at all.
My husbands insulin came today. It is ninety degrees at my house right now and Fed Ex left a package with the instructions of "sensitive to time and temperature" directly in the sun just inside of my fence gate while there is a nice covered porch just a few steps up the sidewalk. I don't know how long it was there but when I got it the ice packs were starting to melt and the box that the insulin was in was barely cool.Why don't the drivers bring it to the porch and ring the doorbell?
