Left package at wrong address, after several calls to FedEx, still no idea where it is. I would love to talk to someone in Lubbock, that could actually talk to the driver. All you get is a 1-800 number that you can barely undestand.
Hope you don't ever have to call the 800 number, their phone system absolutely sucks. Good luck trying to talk to an human.
Had my freight and process me fast
Driver OUTRIGHT LIED and said that we refused delivery while we waited ALL day and NOBODY else was there. Driver phoned and lied and said that we refused. I am no longer going to even use Home Depot anymore because of this service issue. IF YOU HAVE TO USE FEDEX HAVE IT DELIVER TO LOCAL FEDEX SHOP TO PREVENT THEM TELLING LIES AND DITCHING DELIVERIES.
