Very helpful and nice staff never did a freight pickup before they made the process easy and the help loading up was definitely welcomed
Left package at wrong address, after several calls to FedEx, still no idea where it is. I would love to talk to someone in Lubbock, that could actually talk to the driver. All you get is a 1-800 number that you can barely undestand.
Hope you don't ever have to call the 800 number, their phone system absolutely sucks. Good luck trying to talk to an human.
