Somewhat it was just a drop off place where you drop your packages off to be shipped none not a fedex hub Is with no fedex equipment

I'm so disappointed in the way my boxes arrived damaged along with the items being damaged also.. and I wrote fragile and had bright orange fragile stickers all over the boxes. UGH. YES A CLAIM WILL BE DONE
