Never receved my package looked on tracker picture showed it on the side of road 1000 feet from my house in the snow. They said I have no claim and the driver was in the wright.This happened Feb.24 2026.It was my wife's birthday present .That driver needs to be fired and the bose. I have put the claim in 3 times and turned down.I'am a disabled Vet most of my time is at the hospital. Thank you
