The package was payed for to be delivered on a set date, which it was not, and they are telling me that I won’t be reimbursed my shipping fee’s. That’s not very good business practices in my opinion.
It's been a while since I've used FedEx and I assure you it's because at the VERY least there was an inconvenience every single delivery... sent AND received. The only reason I use FedEx is when it's the only delivery option at checkout.
Used to be a FedEx fan.. The day finally came and I'm now a UPS fan. Paid extra for faster shipping and it was out for deliery to Neosho MO. No driveway alarm or camera showing FedEx attempted delivery, but received a txt that delivery attempt failed due to nobody at home. Untrue and not even a package that required a signature. Driver flat out lied. Wrote this review as this is not the first time happening.
Great facility to work with, and the people are nothing less than 5 🌟
