Driver seen leaving packages in driveway although delivery instructions specify they be left on covered front porch. Went outside and asked driver not to leave anything in driveway. He was smoking and blew out a bunch of smoke, mumbled something, got back in the truck and drove away, leaving all the boxes in the driveway. He appeared confused and disoriented.
The package was payed for to be delivered on a set date, which it was not, and they are telling me that I won’t be reimbursed my shipping fee’s. That’s not very good business practices in my opinion.
It's been a while since I've used FedEx and I assure you it's because at the VERY least there was an inconvenience every single delivery... sent AND received. The only reason I use FedEx is when it's the only delivery option at checkout.
