They attempted delivery to wrong address. I spent a lot of effort on delivery manager. Still had to call, had difficulty understanding customer service person, they sent me to a very helpful person I also had difficultyunderstanding....India. Recieved my delivery two days after.
They are unable to deliver items because they ran into an issue. They can’t gain access to condo complex. The driver apparently doesn’t have the gate code. That’s no excuse. They deliver to this location every day! They should make sure the driver has the code.
Get in! Get out!
Pick up and ship off all the time here. Great people, always super helpful. Fedex can be a little pricier on the rates, but they always deliver on time, and in the last 5 years, with over 400 shipments, I can only recall one time a pallet coming apart in transit. Outstanding work by an outstanding group of people!
