Pretty easy check in with the people. Sign your paperwork and they load it up for you. Don't get any better that! The folks at the Huron ohio facility are friendly

Professional experience
I guess reviews vary within a company depending on where they are and who is in charge of that location. All I can say is that the Huron location is the best I've used. I'm not sure that I realized how good they were until my supplier tried using another trucking company for my orders and it was a disaster. Added 3 to 4 days to every shipment.
