I had a very disappointing experience with this company. They rescheduled a delivery and made me feel as though I was at fault for not accommodating their changes. When I asked questions, the staff was dismissive and simply passed me off to corporate, who then redirected me back to the local office. Unfortunately, no one had any answers. Overall, the lack of communication and poor customer service made this experience frustrating. I would recommend avoiding this company if possible for shipping needs.
