Received a broken freight delivery, fed ex takes no responsibility for it, they offer ten cents per pound of the item they damage. Second freight delivery was scheduled for today, they told me 11-4. They no call no showed me, I called to ask where they were they told me to take off work again on Monday to receive it, they don’t care about the customer. Use another company if you can
I have this one guy who delivers to me and he is a absolute great guy. Have him a Xmas card for all his work. Wish I could get him ALL the time. He's polite, asks if he wants to bring my heavy pkgs to the side door and if comes to front door actually puts just inside my livingroom. I feel he goes above and beyond his duties. Just love this guy for his kindness. ♥️♥️
FedEx is great if you want to orders something and don’t care if it ever arrives or shows up much later as a fun surprise. As for normal situations where you do hope you get your package, use literally anybody else. I’ve just cancelled an order simply because I saw they would ship via FedEx.
Delivery was promised today at 11:30-1:30. It is 7:42pm no package no explanation nothing. They suck.
