Found one of your drivers badge. Delivered it to Watertown. Another driver was leaving work . So I asked if he could help me return it to the owner. He was very helpful. Thank you guys for all your time Delivering packages during the holidays. Merry Christmas.

Fed ex seems to be earning a poor reputation... ! I had a package that was supposed to be delivered before Christmas but apparently we missed them when they came. There was no note or anything. My husband just received an email, otherwise I'd have never known. Now we've been waiting all day for the second attempt (I finally figured out how to sign up for texts, and it said it was on its way this morning!) and it's 430 in the evening & we haven't seen it all day. This happened in Watertown. I have been trying to get my birth certificate incense 2015 from Texas. For one reason or another, it didn't happen. On June 6, 2023, I tried again. My son ordered it, I paid extra for overnight, and we waited. I finally called Texas Bureau of Vital Statistics and it had been sent out on June 30th with FedEx. I was given the the tracking number, which I immediately accessed, and it showed a delivery date of July 3rd. I did this on July 6th. I had not received it.
