Very difficult to deal with. Can not get anyone on the phone and when you do they are foreign and cant not understand them. Had a package that had to be signed for, but as most I work and called to have it held at the this shipping place to pick like I have before. They never called me and was advised I could not pick it up till the following Monday. This not only delayed me but mu customer that has been waiting on there part. Very poor place to deal with.
My package has been listed as out for delivery since July 1. Today is the 11th. It made three calls and had an escalated for investigation and absolutely zero feedback on the status of my delivery.. Definitely not using Fedex again

Absolutely unacceptable - impossible to get any assistance. Staff are rude and unhelpful. Package showing delayed online but unhelpful staff say package already delivered.
FedEx Freight doesn’t deliver packages so if you had a package issue it’s not at FedEx freight. It’s a different company with the same first name LTL Freight FedEx Freight LTL is the best.
