I understand in LTL, things happen and customers make mistakes. However- Carol Ruben could be the least pleasant employee I’ve ever dealt with during my time in logistics. She told me a customer requested the delivery to a new address (which is fine), but I needed to know what the reconsignment charges were to get approval. Her response was to threaten to put the shipment into storage. Threats to a shipment instead of providing the cost for a service that FEDEX REQUESTED is an absurd business practice.
