Fedex driver never came during the scheduled time. When I called to inquire if they're coming, I was told that the driver said nobody was home. Everybody has cameras today so they can tell if anyone arrived or even drove by. I also had the front door and window blinds open and a vehicle in the driveway. I know they lied and never even drove by. I made myself available for the scheduled time, so don't try and blame me. Very unreliable and poor communication from the West Babylon Fedex Freight location.

I have to agree with most of the recent reviews that they schedule deliveries and just never show up. This is possibly the third time it's happened with no call stating they won't be delivering it on time. They just don't show and don't notify you. The driver's have all been nice, which is why I gave it 2 stars, but it's unfortunate that one company i deal with continues to ship my packages through them. I would stress to the service agent when scheduling delivery that you NEED it this day because you won't be available afte... read more
